有關  閣下投訴時間廊鐘錶有限公司之個案，本會在接獲　閣下的個案後，已將個案交予該公司跟進，頃接該公司回覆，雖經本會介入，惟該公司仍未有改變立場。

倘有任何查詢，請致電（852）3761-1612 與本人聯絡。

謹此先行函覆，並申謝  閣下對本會的信賴。于2016年10月下旬，投诉人就事件向消费者委员会(消委会)作出投诉。经处理后，投诉人接获消委会回复表示商户立场不变。
