【新闻】爱马仕持续创造就业并投资产能，为其法国多姆山省里永皮革工坊铺筑基石

爱马仕将于2024年在法国多姆山省里永开设第22家皮革工坊，届时将雇用250名受过品牌卓越技能培训的工匠。

继2004年萨亚皮革工坊（Maroquinerie de Sayat）开设后，里永皮革工坊（Maroquinerie de Riom）将成为爱马仕奥弗涅大区皮具-马具制造中心的第二个生产基地，进而深化品牌区域影响力，增强卓越工艺培训，促进就业。品牌联手当地政府设立的就业中心（Pôle emploi）进行征聘，并与Greta成人教育组织及Saint-Éloy-les-Mines的Desaix中学合作培训工匠。

自2022年11月起，爱马仕学徒培训中心（École Hermès des savoire）将展开培训，并就工匠获得法国国家皮革制造文凭（CAP Maroquinerie）的资格进行评估，作为爱马仕与法国国家教育部合作项目的一部分。
多姆山省的两大皮革工坊比邻而建，将促进马鞍和皮革工匠的技能交流，使之掌握独特的爱马仕皮革手袋及皮具制造工艺。

此建筑项目坐落于20世纪初落成的原里永烟草厂，该地自2004年起入列文物保护名册。此番重建将遵循品牌的生态责任原则，最大限度降低土地的人工干预，携手当地企业寻找并使用可持续材料，为这一工业旧址注入新生。改造项目完美融合并展示了构成城镇历史的既有建筑遗产，保存了集体共有记忆。这家新工坊由建筑事务所Tracks-Architectes操刀设计，占地逾7,000平方米，契合爱马仕集团的环保愿景，强化其区域对接战略。

自2010年起，爱马仕已陆续在法国开设九家皮革工坊，聘请了4,300余名马鞍及皮具工作者。

另有四家皮革工坊正在筹备中，分别位于卢维耶（厄尔省）、图内-克里洪（阿登省）、利斯尔代斯帕尼亚克（夏朗德省）和洛佩斯（吉伦特省），目前正在进行征聘和培训。

H HERMÈS CONTINUES TO INVEST IN EMPLOYMENT AND ITS PRODUCTION CAPACITIES, LAYING THE FOUNDATION STONE
FOR THE MAROQUINERIE DE RIOM (PUY-DE-DÔME, FRANCE)

This new production site, Hermès’ twenty-second leather goods workshop, will open in Riom (Puy-de-Dôme) in 2024 and will ultimately employ 250 artisans who will have been trained in the house’s exceptional know-how.

The Maroquinerie de Riom will be the second site in the Hermès Leather Goods-Saddlery hub in Auvergne, following the inauguration of the Maroquinerie de Sayat in 2004, thereby strengthening its regional presence and its commitment to employment and training in its métiers of excellence. The house is working in partnership with Pôle emploi, the local government-run job centres, for recruitment, and with the Greta adult education organisation and Desaix high school in Saint-Éloy-les-Mines for the training of its artisans.

From November 2022, training will take place at the École Hermès des savoir-faire, which, as part of its partnership with the French National Education Department, will also carry out the assessments required for the artisans to achieve the CAP Maroquinerie vocational diploma in leatherwork.
The proximity of the two Puy-de-Dôme workshops will promote a shared culture of the métier between saddlers and leather artisans as well as the acquisition of the unique Hermès know-how needed to make bags and objects in leather.

Located in Riom in the former Manufacture des tabacs, built at the beginning of twentieth century and a listed building since 2004, the construction project will breathe life into a former industrial site in line with the house's eco-responsible principles, which aim to minimise the artificialisation of land, collaborate with local companies, and source and use sustainable materials for the project. The renovation offers the perfect opportunity to incorporate and showcase the heritage of the existing building which is an integral part of the town’s history and to preserve the collective shared memory of the site. Designed by the architectural firm Tracks-Architectes, the future workshop, which covers over 7,000 m², aligns with the Hermès group’s environmental ambitions and strengthens its strategy of regional connection.

Since 2010, Hermès has opened nine leather workshops in France, bringing the number of saddler-leatherworkers employed by the group to more than 4,300.

Four further workshop projects are underway, in Louviers (Eure), Tournes-Cliron (Ardennes), L’Isle-d’Espagnac (Charente) and Loupes (Gironde), for which recruitment and training are ongoing.
