的雕塑师们不仅仅是各大美术院校毕业的高材生，还都具有十
年以上的雕塑从业经历，人文、历史、美学、解剖学的深厚功底，使得铜师
傅®作品的每个型体、每个表情、每块骨骼、每块肌肉、每道衣纹褶皱、每
根线条都精准无比，他们用雕刻刀把创意草图变成一件件精美的泥雕原型。
The sculptors in Brass Master are graduated from the Chinese famous Art
academy, they are brilliant. And the most important is all of them have more than
ten years'working experience. They have a wide knowledge on the culture, the
history, the aesthetics, and even the anatomy which allow them skillful to create
the exquisite clay model according to the rough drawing.
泥雕原型易风化损坏，所以，我们要制作模具将泥雕原型变成RESIN
材质的模种，便于长久保存，为最大程度还原泥雕原型的精髓以及改进泥
雕原型的不足之处，铜师傅® 的雕塑师们要对RESIN 模种进行二次加工，
精雕细琢，锱铢必较。
The clay model is easy to be weathered, so to keep the model long term use,
a resin model is necessary. And a second operation on the resin model will be
adopted to keep it 100% same as the clay model, make the design precise and
improve the defects.
利用RESIN 模种，我们灌制出一个个的蜡模，每件铜师傅® 作品最后
的成品，都需要一个一次性使用的蜡模，蜡模的精细与否直接影响到浇铸
铜件的质量，所以，我们对每一个蜡模都要进行细微的修缮，让每一个蜡
模都呈现最佳的形态。
Using the resin model, we can make the wax model, and every piece of the
artwork needs one wax model. The fineness of the wax model directly affect the
quality of the casting component, so every piece of the wax model need to be
renovated before putting into production.
浇铸是极具难度的技术活，将1000 多摄氏度的铜水注入模壳中，快了
易穿孔，慢了会中途凝固，浇注速度必须要控制到快慢适中，一气呵成，
绝不能时断时续，时快时慢，所以长年从事这一技术而积累的丰富经验以
及科学精确的材料配方成了保证浇铸质量的两大法宝。
Casting is a hard and challenge work. During pouring the 1000 degree liquid
brass into the model, you need well control the speed. Too fast, the component
could not be well shaped; too slow, the brass water will be clotted. Brass Master
has the skillful casting men and the accurate material prescription both to
guarantee the casting quality.
浇铸出来的铜件表面较为粗糙，所以反复的打磨和精修成了保证铜件
质量的重要一关，打磨技师们经验丰富、仔细谨慎，否则， 稍一失手一件
作品就将报废。
The surface of the casting component is rough which need to be high polished
and repaired over and over again. The polish technicians are skillful to make
every piece flawless.
每一件打磨好的作品，都必须经过品管人员的严苛检验，眼光犀利的
品管员会用红笔勾画瑕疵处，发回重新打磨，直至符合品管要求，才能获
准进入下道工序。
Every piece of polished component will be and must be inspected by the QC
Team, and any defection will be marked, then re-polished and repaired again till
no rejection.
拥有独创的高温着色技术——铜彩® 工艺，给铜件表面附上一
层华丽漂亮的色彩，让作品更显典雅高贵，并且永不褪色。但由于铜彩®
工艺属于化学反应，温度高低、火焰大小、笔触形态、落笔快慢等都会影
响到最后作品呈现的色彩，所以，铜师傅® 的着色师们必须经过一年以上
的绘画和着色训练，才能单独操作。
Brass Master owns the coloring technology called “Copper Color” which dresses
the artwork a gorgeous, graceful and bright appearance, and the color will last
forever. Coloring is a chemical reaction, while the final color could be affected
by the temperature, the power of the heat, the brush stroke and even the speed of
the operation, so all coloring technicians in Brass Master must have more than
one year’s experience to handle this process.
经过多达60 多道纯手工制造工序，一件美仑美奂、举世唯一的铜师傅®
作品才算完成。
It takes over 60 processes to finish one Brass Master Art work, and each piece is
crafted and unduplicated, one and only in the world.
每件作品都有独立的作品证书，精心封蜡保存，由作品收藏
者开启。
Every piece of Brass Master Artwork has the collection certificate that is sealed
by wax in an envelope, and the envelope should be personally opened by the
collector.
根据作品的大小和轻重分为纸盒和木盒两种常规包装，内有
全球最先进的抗震防摔材料INSTAPAK，确保作品运输途中的安全。
Two kinds of special package will be applied. The card board box is used for the
small and light piece, and the wood box is used for the big and heavy piece. Both
of these two packages use the INSTAPAK material inside to protect the artwork
during transportation.
